Free GEO Score

Your AI visibility score, and your search score.

Enter your domain. See where you're proven, where you're only built, and the one move that lifts your score fastest.

Four pillars, two bands

Proven results, and what predicts the next ones.

Most tools grade whether your pages are set up right. The GEO Score grades whether search and AI engines actually reward you, then shows what will move next.

Proven

AI visibility

How often ChatGPT and Gemini mention you for the buyer questions in your category, and whether competitors get named instead.

Proven

Search performance

Your live organic footprint: how many keywords you rank for, how many land on page one, and the quality of that ranking set.

Readiness

Topical authority

Whether your content clusters into clear themes that compound, and whether the keywords you rank for belong to those themes.

Readiness

Extractability

How well your pages are structured for AI to parse and quote: answer structure, question headings, schema, and metadata.

FAQ

The GEO Score, explained.

What is a GEO Score?

A GEO Score is a single 0-100 grade for how visible a website is across both classic search and AI search, plus how ready it is to become more visible. It blends four pillars: AI visibility (do AI answers cite you), search performance (do you rank), topical authority (does your content compound into themes), and extractability (can AI engines parse your pages). GEO stands for generative engine optimization.

How is the GEO Score calculated?

Two bands. 'Proven' measures results that already happened: real mentions in AI answers and real search rankings. 'Readiness' measures leading indicators that predict future results: topical structure and page extractability. A brand-new site leans on readiness because it has no results yet; as real rankings and citations accumulate, the score shifts weight onto proven. That's why the same site can read 'Readiness read' early and 'Proven read' later.

Why is my Proven score low but Readiness high?

It usually means your content is well-structured and organized into themes, but search and AI engines haven't started rewarding it yet. That's the most common and most fixable state: the foundation is right, you just need results to catch up. The report's recommended next action tells you the fastest lever, which is often tracking your category's AI prompts and publishing into the gaps.

Does it work on any website, including competitors?

Yes. The scan reads public signals only: your sitemap, live ranking data, page structure, and AI answers to category questions. You can score any domain, including a competitor's, to see exactly where they're proven and where they're only built.

Is the free score the same as the one in the dashboard?

Same formula, different depth. The free score is a spot check: a few AI prompts on two surfaces, sampled once. The dashboard version tracks your prompts across every major AI search surface daily, uses your full ranking history and Search Console data, and shows the score trending over time with a weekly plan to move it.

How is this different from an SEO audit tool?

A traditional SEO audit only checks whether your pages are technically set up correctly, which is one of our four pillars (extractability). The GEO Score also measures whether AI engines actually cite you, whether you actually rank, and whether your content compounds into topical authority. It grades outcomes, not just setup.
