Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Meev ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Meev is an automated content engine that researches topics, generates blog articles, and publishes them to your connected platforms. The Service includes article generation, image creation, SEO optimization, and automated publishing.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Unused article credits do not roll over. Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

5. Content Ownership

You own all content generated through your Meev account. You grant Meev a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content to your connected publishing platforms. Meev does not claim ownership of your articles, images, or other generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Meev to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication. Meev is not liable for content published to your platforms.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Meev is produced using AI technology. While we implement quality checks, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before publication, especially for regulated industries (medical, legal, financial).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Meev harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from content you publish using the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Meev is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
