Judy Zhou

Judy Zhou is the solo founder of Meev. She is a software engineer, and she sells houses for a living: a Coldwell Banker realtor licensed in New Jersey and New York, working bilingually in English and Mandarin with Chinese-speaking buyers in Bergen County.

Those two jobs are why Meev exists. Her organic traffic went flat, but the phone did not ring any less. Buyers had started asking ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews questions like “best Chinese-speaking realtor in Fort Lee,” and her name was not always in the answer. The existing AI visibility tools confirmed she was losing those answers. None of them helped her change it.

So she built the loop she needed: track brand presence across every major AI search surface (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode), find which publishers those engines actually cite for prompts in a niche, and publish quality-gated content aimed at earning the next mention. Nothing scoring below 70 out of 100 auto-publishes.

She still runs Meev on her own site, judyagent.com, every day. It is the same product customers get, pointed at the prompts her own livelihood depends on, which is the only reason she trusts what it reports.
